FILL & SIGN THE SAMPLE ANALYSIS FORM
After complete discussion of work we send a form which need to be filled by the candidate which requires complete details of sample to be tasted, candidates detail and terms & conditions.
It has to be send to us by email, whatsapp or
hand over a hard copy of it.
We keep these form highly confidential
and used for our sampling
purpose only

TESTING / RUNNING OF SAMPLES
After receiving of the payment we start processing of sample and performing all the experiments in our laboratory.
Some analysis we also send for outsource which dispatched immediately after receiving of the payment.
We also keep in our mind that the test has to be performed with in time limit.

DISCUSS THE METHODS TO BE FOLLOWED
We appreciate if you discuss the method we are going to perform or the method you have suggested rather than making hurdles in between the experiments.
As once the experiment has been performed it can not be changed.
It will be considered as a new sample if any changes made after
performing the sample.

COMPILATION AND HANOVER OF THE DATA/RESULTS
After completion of the lab work work we filter the results which has to be compiled as preferred by the candidate on payment basis. There are many test for which
candidate does not required any analysis so we handover such outcomes directly to the candidates and they do compilation.

GET A QUOTE
One all the experiments. No of samples and method to followed is clear, we provide a final quotation for the work.
Any modification in the experiments will leads to the change in quoted price also.
Modification will not be allowed after performing the experiment, If it does will be considered as new sample. The validity
of quotes will be only for 30 days.

Candidates may have some query regarding the format of results or the protocols used or the result complied.
We usually discuss to the candidate if they have any query. If there is any changes required,
which was not mentioned earlier, it bears separate charges to perform
the repetition of work.
